• Generated Prompts: To the extent permitted by law, you are the owner of the Generated Prompts created using your Input. You are responsible for how you use these prompts on any third-party AI platform.
• Our Platform: We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the OmexaAI Platform, including our brand, logos, user interface, and underlying technology.

The Generated Prompts are designed for use with third-party AI services (e.g., Google Veo, OpenAI's Sora, Midjourney, etc.). OmexaAI is not affiliated with, nor do we endorse, these third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to its own terms and conditions and privacy policies. We are not responsible or liable for the output, actions, or availability of such third-party services.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The OmexaAI Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Artificial intelligence is a constantly evolving field. We do not guarantee that the Generated Prompts will be accurate, complete, or free from errors. The output of AI models can be unpredictable, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and validating the prompts and any resulting content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmexaAI, its affiliates, and its personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Platform.
